Role: Customer Relationship Specialist

Location: Netherlands

We are seeking a part-time Customer Relationship Specialist, who can show the experience of AdviQual in Regulatory, Quality and Clinical affairs, to find new clients in medical device sector, then build good and long-term relationships with them.

This is an opportunity where you have the full responsibility alone and earn commission according to your successful closed sales.

Previous experience is not a must but it gives you a solid advantage.

You would be your own boss and organize your self-according to your responsibilities.

Training will be provided regarding our solutions that is going to be sold.
Earnings dependent on the work you put in.


YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities

Serve as the main relationship point for medical device companies by sales and marketing activities such as frequent visits, calls, online meetings with stake holders to ensure excellent Regulatory, Quality and Clinical services are provided in short delivery timelines.

  • Create and manage marketing and sales activity plans; monitor and contact with lead clients 
  • Adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Ensure communication between customers and AdviQual technical teams.
  • Able to manage small & medium sized to corporate medical device companies
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.
  • Facilitate risk & issue management, communication and business change management.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with decision makers by understanding their needs and helping advise on a path forward for an efficient and successful outsourcing.
  • Conduct budgetary conversations regarding service fees, and timeline.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field related with life sciences
  • Experience in a customer relation or service sales or Health & Life Sciences
  • Ability to work a with a high degree of autonomy
  • Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management, sales, marketing skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to travel neighboring cities and countries
  • Business proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Willing to travel neighboring cities and countries
  • Driver’s license
